Pannanich Wells

Built circa 1760 as a hotel to provide accommodation for guests wishing to partake of the spring waters, Pannanich Wells is situated in a rural position on Pannanich Hill just over a mile from Ballater, overlooking the Dee Valley. Externally, Pannanich is a plain granite house freshened over the centuries. Internally Pannanich changes into a comfortable well-appointed hotel with 2 self-catering cottages on site and one larger cottage off site in the centre of Ballater. The hotel and cottages are totally non-smoking. All hotel rooms are en-suite with shower or bath and shower, and have all of the usual room accessories. The small cottages are equipped to a high standard, with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and stunning views across the beautiful Dee Valley. Pannanich Wells is an extremely comfortable and well serviced hotel offering bed and breakfast accommodation. We do not take children under 12 years old
