One of the strongest men in the world and a member of the Latvian Olympic Weightlifting team, Raimonds Bergmanis, is a trainer in the complex's fitness studio. In 1994, SIA Keizarmezs took over the former Riga Railway Station’s (RVR) stadium. RVR Stadium was an important part of the North district's cultural, educational and sports heritage, and the sports centre was used by Mezapark school students, professional sportsmen, and teams. An agreement was made between Keizarmezs and the estrade of Mezapark and thanks to the enthusiasm and co-operation of several people, the Keizarmezs sports and relaxation complex centre was established, based on the RVR site.
