Our hotel is hidden in a quiet courtyard in the very heart of Riga and combines all the comforts and high standards one would expect of a luxury hotel, while retaining the intimacy of a private residence. The Hotel Bergs was opened in July 2003 and has an authentically restored 19th century brick facade, romantic balconies and its peaceful atmosphere fascinate our visitors. The hotel’s intended clientele are business and leisure travelers visiting Riga for short or long-term stay. LOUNGE The two separate lounges adjoining the lobby offer an ideal place where you can relax or work. Both rooms have comfortable armchairs, a library and computers. Guests can relax next to the fireplace with a cigar and cognac, play a game of chess or use the Internet. FITNESS CENTER The glass-enclosed fitness center has views of Riga’s rooftops and is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines. For those guests who prefer taking their exercise outside, Vermanes Park and the Riga canal are less than 200m from the hotel. For the ultimate in well-being, guests may also book massages in the fitness center. Using the fitness center is complimentary for all guests of the hotel. The changing rooms have saunas, showers, towels and hairdryers.
