Sherwood Forest Country Park and Visitor Centre

The Sherwood Forest Country Park covers over 450 acres of ancient oaks and silver birches. There are waymarked pathways that provide guidance to walkers through the forest. The park also has a visitor centre, there is a year round programme of events which includes the Robin Hood Festival which is held during July/August.

Country Park open daily from dawn to dusk - the Visitor Centre is open daily 10-5 (4.30 Nov-Mar).
