Liverpool University Botanic Gardens (Ness Gardens)
A long association with plant collectors ensures a wide range of plants, providing interest for academics, horticulturists and amateurs alike. There are tree and shrub collections, water and rock gardens, herbaceous borders and glasshouses. A regular programme of lectures, courses and special events takes place throughout the year for which tickets must be obtained in advance.
