The interior decorations are supplemented with antique furniture and a set of paintings of both modern and old artists. Hotel Royal Ricc is an original baroque house that was built in 1596. It was completely renovated in 1998. The hotel is situated in the heart of Brno city, five minutes’ walking distance from the very famous St. Peter's and St. Paul's cathedral. There are many historical monuments and places of interest like Špilberk, a royal castle from the 13th century, and St. James, which is a late Gothic church. Brno is the second largest city in Czech Republic. Nowadays, it is an important industrial and business centre, thanks to the Brno Exhibition Centre. There is wireless Internet access in the hotel. It is not free of charge, 1 hour it costs EUR 6 and 24 hours is EUR 14. The hotel has its own parking facilities and they charge EUR 12 - reservation required. Pets are allowed and are free of charge. A massage service is available.
